About Us
Nancy Bryson is one of the top groomers in Canada, undefeated in grooming competitions. Since Jamie graduated he has worked on his own, then getting a job at a very busy groomer. Here he was lucky enough to work beside Lisa Day, an accomplished groomer and obedience instructor. Jamie currently is a Certified Groomer and is working towards his Certified Master Groomer title with IPG (International Pet Grooming Inc) When he decided to open a store of his own, he wanted to ensure that customer service was an utmost priority, always greeting people with a happy face. His philosophy is that if he has a smile on his face, his clients will be happy, and the dogs will sense this and be happy as well. Because Jamie works on his own at the shop for the time being, he is able to keep the number of dogs that come in the shop to a reasonable number, allowing enough time for each dog to get groomed without stress. |

The
Groomer is the new community all-breed dog grooming shop in the downtown
core, located at 508 Bank street, at Arlington. The shop was opened
by Jamie Haight. Jamie has worked with pure bred
dogs for over 15 years, showing them in CKC confirmation dog shows,
lure coursing and attending many dog behaviour seminars. He decided
to take his hobby to the next level as a professional groomer in
2004. He has received his training at Bryson Academy of Grooming
under Nancy Bryson.
