Appointment Scheduling

To ensure that each dog receives the individualized attention and care they deserve, all clients are required to pre-book multiple appointments in advance. This system not only helps maintain a consistent grooming schedule but also allows me to anticipate and meet respective needs so they may remain in optimal condition between grooming sessions.

Flexible booking options are offered to accommodate availability; weekly, biweekly, or monthly grooming, to establish a routine that suits both your lifestyle and your dog’s grooming needs.

Client Compatibility

Services are tailored to clients who value long-term relationships and are committed to the holistic well-being of their pets. Sharing our philosophy of consistent, high-quality care and open communication is crucial for fostering a positive and collaborative grooming experience.

Customization

Customized grooming styles to meet your preferences are encouraged. However, the health and comfort of your dog remain top priorities.

The goal is to balance aesthetic desires with the best practices for your dog’s well-being; certain breeds require specific grooming techniques to maintain their coat’s integrity and prevent health issues. Guidance on what is best for your dog will be provided as certain requests may not be in their best interest.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To provide the best service to all our clients, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy allows for seamless adjustments and offers the appointment slot to another client in need.

Unavoidable changes and extenuating circumstances will be accommodated within reason. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Health and Safety

The overall well-being of your dog is of utmost importance. To maintain the safety of all pets, up-to-date vaccination records are required. Please provide documentation of rabies, distemper, and any other relevant vaccinations. We will keep these records on file and may request updates periodically.

If your dog has any specific health conditions or special needs, please inform me during the consultation. We are experienced in handling a variety of health concerns and will take the necessary precautions to ensure safety and comfort.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any pets with signs of illness or potential risk to others.
